All accommodation prices quoted at Unilink Village include electricity and ADSL internet to 10GB downloads / month.

Prices quoted are for a two semester lease. Shorter leases may attract an additional fee.

Unfurnished - $420 per week

  • Rent must be kept 2 weeks in advance & may be paid via direct debit/credit to our trust account
  • Connection to the Unilink Village Network is free. Usage up to 10 GB data download per month is included in the rental price.
  • Although all units are fully furnished, you will need to supply your own linen.
