Terms & Conditions

On or prior to arrival, payment of rental bond is required (4 weeks rent, plus 2 weeks in advance)
Departing tenants are expected to remove all personal belongings and all rubbish from the unit and clean and stow all kitchen items in the appropriate cupboards before an exit inspection is conducted.
