Tariffs
Weekly rent is from:
$160 per room per week – standard room in 5 bedroom units
$190 per room per week – ensuited room in 5 bedroom units
$385 per room per week - double room with ensuited in 4 bedroom units
$420 3 Bedroom Townhouse Unfurnished
$550 3 Bedroom Townhouse Furnished
- Utilities (ADSL internet, electricity and water) are included in the rental payment.
- Connection to the Unilink Village ADSL network is free and usage, up to 10gb download per month, is included in the rent.
- Offstreet car parking is available FREE OF CHARGE.
- On or before arrival we require a bond of 4 weeks rent, plus 2 weeks rent in advance.
- Rent is payable every 2 weeks by direct credit from your nominated bank account.
- An exit fee of $130 applies to all leases. Departing tenants are expected to remove all personal belongings and all rubbish from the unit and clean and stow all kitchen items in the appropriate cupboards before an exit inspection is conducted. All other cleaning is covered by this fee.
- All other facilities are provided FREE of charge.
What's in & around Ipswich
Within minutes of Unilink Village there are numerous sporting venues including a golf driving range, basketball and netball courts, ovals and an indoor cricket centre. Unilink Village also adjoins a golf course and putting green and a discount to residents of Unilink Village is available at the Golf Club House.
A short drive (10 minutes) from our complex is the "Willowbank Raceway". They hold the Australian National drag racing competition each year together with a 3 day winter nationals program. Most Saturdays they have competitions at the raceway. Beside the raceway is the go-kart tracks where you can have a go!
Maybe you would like to have a quiet weekend. You could go for a peaceful drive to Moogerah Dam (south of Ipswich ) or Lake Wivenhoe (west of Ipswich) through our great country side for a relaxing picnic with friends. Or maybe catch a bus to Toowoomba (west of Ipswich) to see their Carnival of Flowers which is held at the beginning of September each year to celebrate spring.
If you are after a more "action packed" weekend you could catch a train or organise with a group of friends to drive to one of the many theme parks at the Gold Coast. You can visit Dreamworld, Wet & Wild Water Park, Sea World, Movie World or maybe you would like to go and visit Bindi and Terri at Australia Zoo, you can get there by train or drive.
If shopping is your favourite weekend past time you can shop locally at Ipswich, Booval or Redbank or travel by train to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre which has 250 specialty retailers. You may like to get a group of friends together and go on a "mystery warehouse shopping tour". This is a great day out and prices vary depending on your requirement.
